Academy has profoundly been into the field of education since last 22 years. This is a fun , multi-sensory reading program that enriches children in Jolly reading and public speaking program. The Academy aims in developing these essential skills of reading, public speaking and creative writing skills in the early years of foundational stage. Conducted various creative learning programs for children across age group and training programs for teachers and mothers. Focused on executing a creating platform for executing creative teaching for children in few schools such as Buddhi School, Ramaiah Vidyaniketan school, Florence school.
The techniques of teaching has always been child centric, Experiential and Inquiry based learning. Founder has been dynamic and enthusiastic in nurturing young minds since the year 1999. The academy has been based out of Bangalore imparting life skills, creative abilities, enriching academic skills, reading and Public Speaking skills in English. Successfully excelled since last 20 years consistently in encouraging children in enhancing their strengths in articulating their thought, spellings, in creative writing and also in their academic success ladder.
The main objective of the academy is build children to become confident speakers and Smart readers

Sowmya Nagendran in Jolly Reading is an Education Consultant who has Certification for Jolly Phonics & Jolly Grammar from JOLLY PHONICS CPD College UK.
She has been working as an English Language teacher and a trainer in communication skills across grades since last 20 years and trained over 500 children across age groups successfully in their English Language Development. In her job profile, she has mastered the international way of spoken English, which enhances her Phonetical & Grammatic way of saying.
She has certification forI have engaged and created a path for children to explore through an enriching, joyful and inquiry based curriculum planning and made them evolve and sharpen their skills.
I am a multi-faceted personality and always love to work with young minds. I am versatile
educator who has skills in storytelling, classical dance, music and in creative writing and a person with a lifelong love for learning.
As a theatre and Classical dancer, choreographer choreographed many based on different themes which includes folk, contemporary, historical, mythological in various schools and NGO
I joined Jolly EdX Phonics Reading and Public Speaking classes conducted at Little Millennium school. As my child Shivash is now in grade 1(St. Joseph School, Bangalore) and did not show much interest in reading. Now just after few sessions enjoys the class and he tries to read, spells many sight words and expresses well. She fabulously working both on communication and reading skills. Punav is studying in RTF 2 at Little Millenium School, RMV. Its been just few sessions that my son joined and he is able to articulate with the right vocabulary and is being expressive. We also observe the he has improved his thinking skills and listening skills. He is excited to come and tell about the classes conducted. My daughter Shreya was able to read exponentially well after she completed her phonics. All because due to your personal attention during the session. Uncrowded session is the plus point. My second daughter Shreya is in Gr 3 studying at Daffodils, you gave an extensive support to enable understand the basics in reading and enriched her skills and built a love for reading, towards reading, spellings and writing. Quality English language skills to my son Rishab. Your method of teaching has ensured that my son will never have any problem in English learning in the future. He had started reading books and understand English songs and conversing easily in English from a very young age of 4 years since he came to your sessions. Your friendly attitude makes the children very comfortable and they never want to miss your class. In past three years we have received the best from you and wish to continue for years. My son enjoyed the easy and joyful learning techniques where he learnt reading quickly and greatest surprising step he tried to express and write short stories at the age of 5 years. Sowmya mam also conducted many camps on Public Speaking and Drama where I enrolled my daughter and my son, they both enjoyed lots of creative and fun activities and expressional skills. Dear Sowmya Ma’am, I would like to share my feedback regarding the Spell Bee classes for my daughter, Krishna. Krishna is truly enjoying the sessions. I enrolled my daughter Hanisha for Spelling bee with her through class monitor. I am very happy I got mentor like her. she made sure each concept is well understood by Hanisha. She also helped her in improving her pronunciation n focused on writing & reading part too. Hanisha improved on her spellings part and now doing better. Thank you mam for your support.
